Company ZUKO is established in 1991 as PP ZUKO and subscribed in the Court Register in Sarajevo. In the period from 1991 to 2000 the Company went trough statues changes and registrations according to existing law regulations. Since year 2000 the Company is organized in the form of limited liabilities Company and operates under the name Zuko d.o.o. Sarajevo. In June 2009, Company Zuko d.o.o. receives audit licence no. 03-49-25/09-113 as of July 7th, 2009 to perform audit activities, from the Ministry of Finance of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In November 2009, ZUKO d.o.o. receives a license from the Ministry of Finance of Republic Srpska to perform audit activities in Republic Srpska: 06.15/491-31-1/09 as of November 2, 2009.
During 2010 year, Audit and Services Company Zuko d.o.o. Sarajevo received the following licenses:
- Decision on the issuance of license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Srpska 06.15/020-50-34/10 as of January 15, 2010
- License from the Ministry of Finance of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the registration number 9090352106 as of July 12, 2010
